Where does my donation go?
60% of your donation funds direct support for children — school supplies, weekly allowance, and uniforms. 10% is held as a contingency reserve, earmarked for donations but kept available should a monthly sponsor lapse or a programme need bridging. Up to 30% covers operational costs such as fees, salaries, coordination, reporting, and administration.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We are a registered Philippine NGO. Tax deductibility depends on your country of residence and applicable laws. Philippine donors may be eligible for deductions under the NIRC. Contact us for a donation receipt.
Can I cancel my monthly donation?
Yes, at any time. For PayPal recurring, cancel directly in your PayPal account. For direct debit, simply contact us and we'll cancel it within 1 business day — no questions asked.
How do I know my donation reached the right child?
If you sponsored a specific child, we send you an update within 30 days confirming receipt and how the funds are being used. All updates are reviewed by our child protection officer before being shared.
What is the minimum donation amount?
There's no strict minimum. Even ₱50 contributes to a child's school supplies or weekly allowance. For child sponsorship, ₱500/month covers meaningful ongoing support.
Can I donate from outside the Philippines?
Yes. PayPal accepts international cards and currencies. We also accept international bank transfers — contact us for details.
